About the Role: As an Associate Consultant/Consultant in Endocrinology, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating endocrine disorders, significantly impacting patient health and well-being.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid diseases, and hormonal imbalances. - Manage conditions related to metabolism, growth, and reproductive health. - Interpret diagnostic tests such as hormone assays, imaging, and glucose tolerance tests. - Develop personalized treatment plans involving medication, lifestyle changes, and hormone therapy. - Collaborate with primary care physicians, surgeons, and other specialists for patient management. - Educate patients on endocrine disorders, prevention, and long-term management. - Supervise and train junior doctors, residents, and healthcare staff in endocrinology care. - Conduct research and participate in clinical trials to advance endocrine treatment methods. - Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
