About the Role: As an Anesthetist Intensivist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of patients undergoing surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures. - Monitor and manage patients’ vital signs and pain levels during surgery. - Provide critical care management in the ICU, including ventilator support and life-saving interventions. - Assess patients before surgery and develop personalized anesthesia plans. - Handle emergency situations such as cardiac arrests, trauma, and respiratory failure. - Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, and ICU staff for optimal patient care. - Manage post-operative pain and oversee patient recovery after anesthesia. - Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards. - Train and guide junior doctors, nurses, and ICU staff in critical care management. - Stay updated with advancements in anesthesia techniques, critical care medicine, and pain management.
