Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an Intensivist at Saifee Hospital, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the care of critically ill patients, ensuring timely and appropriate medical interventions.
How You'll Contribute: - Oversee the care of critically ill patients, ensuring timely and appropriate medical interventions. - Perform detailed clinical assessments, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient conditions. - Monitor and manage life-support systems, including ventilators, dialysis, and hemodynamic support. - Lead resuscitation efforts in cases of cardiac arrest, sepsis, and other critical emergencies. - Perform and supervise advanced procedures such as central venous catheterization, arterial line insertion, intubation, tracheostomy, and bronchoscopy. - Manage patients on mechanical ventilation and ensure optimal oxygenation strategies. - Collaborate with anesthetists, surgeons, physicians, and nursing staff for holistic patient care. - Guide and mentor ICU registrars, residents, and nursing staff in critical care practices. - Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to decision-making in patient management.
