About the Role: As a Sr. Resident / Jr. Resident in Biochemistry, you will play a crucial role in educating and guiding future healthcare professionals.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct and assist in lectures, practical demonstrations, and tutorials for MBBS, BDS, and allied health sciences students. - Guide students in biochemical experiments, clinical correlations, and problem-based learning. - Assist in curriculum planning, question paper setting, and student assessments. - Supervise and conduct biochemical investigations in the clinical biochemistry lab. - Ensure quality control and adherence to laboratory safety protocols. - Interpret laboratory results and support clinicians in patient diagnosis. - Assist in automation and advanced biochemical techniques in the lab. - Engage in clinical and experimental research projects. - Publish research findings in indexed journals and present at conferences. - Apply for research grants and participate in interdepartmental projects.
