About the Role: As a Sr. Resident / Jr. Resident in Pharmacology, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of medical education and patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct and assist in lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions for MBBS, BDS, and allied health sciences students. - Teach experimental pharmacology, clinical pharmacology, and prescription writing. - Assist in curriculum planning, assessments, and OSCE preparation. - Supervise and participate in Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) monitoring and Pharmacovigilance programs. - Assist in therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) and clinical pharmacy services. - Work on drug utilization studies and contribute to Rational Drug Use (RDU) initiatives. - Conduct research in clinical and experimental pharmacology. - Publish research findings in indexed journals and present at national/international conferences. - Engage in clinical trials, bioavailability, and bioequivalence studies.
