How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and treat various childhood cancers, including leukemia, lymphoma, neuroblastoma, brain tumors, and sarcomas. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating chemotherapy, targeted therapy, radiation, or surgical interventions. - Collaborate with pediatric surgeons, radiation oncologists, pathologists, and hematologists for comprehensive care. - Monitor treatment progress, manage complications, and adjust therapies as necessary. - Educate and counsel patients and their families on treatment options, side effects, and prognosis. - Participate in tumor board discussions and stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric oncology. - Conduct and oversee clinical research, trials, and innovative therapies for childhood cancers. - Ensure compliance with hospital protocols, ethical guidelines, and pediatric care standards. - Supervise and mentor pediatric oncology fellows, residents, and nurses.
