Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Emergency Medicine, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate medical care for critically ill and trauma patients.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide immediate medical care for critically ill and trauma patients in the Emergency Department. - Perform rapid assessment, diagnosis, and stabilization of emergency cases. - Supervise and guide junior residents, interns, and nursing staff in emergency care. - Handle procedures like intubation, central line placement, and emergency resuscitation. - Coordinate with specialists and other hospital departments for patient management. - Ensure accurate documentation of patient history, diagnosis, and treatment. - Maintain proficiency in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS). - Monitor and manage emergency equipment and medication stocks. - Participate in training programs, clinical research, and case discussions.
