About the Role: As a Jr. Consultant - Cardio Thoracic Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in enhancing patient care through advanced surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assist in performing cardiothoracic surgeries, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacements, thoracic surgeries, and congenital heart defect corrections. - Conduct preoperative and postoperative patient assessments. - Participate in emergency surgeries and trauma management related to cardiothoracic conditions. - Evaluate patients with cardiovascular and thoracic conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans. - Provide post-surgical follow-up and monitor patient recovery. - Educate patients and families about surgical procedures, risks, and post-operative care. - Work closely with senior cardiothoracic surgeons, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and nursing staff. - Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and treatment planning.
