About the Role: As an Ophthalmologist at Jay Prabha Medanta Superspecialty Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating eye disorders, ensuring the best possible care for our patients.
What You'll Be Doing: - Examine, diagnose, and treat eye disorders, injuries, and diseases. - Perform surgeries such as cataract removal, LASIK, or glaucoma procedures. - Prescribe corrective lenses and medications for vision problems. - Use diagnostic tools like slit lamps, OCT, and fundus cameras. - Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans. - Educate patients on eye care, preventive measures, and post-op care. - Collaborate with optometrists and other specialists for comprehensive care. - Handle ophthalmic emergencies and provide timely interventions. - Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
