About the Role: As an Interventional Neurologist, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced neurovascular care to patients, ensuring optimal outcomes through minimally invasive procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Perform minimally invasive neurovascular procedures, including thrombectomies, aneurysm coiling, carotid stenting, and embolization of vascular malformations. - Diagnose and treat stroke, intracranial hemorrhages, and other neurovascular conditions. - Collaborate with neurosurgeons, neurologists, radiologists, and critical care teams for comprehensive patient care. - Provide pre-procedure assessments, explain risks and benefits to patients, and obtain informed consent. - Monitor and manage post-procedural recovery, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes. - Participate in stroke and neurovascular emergency response teams for rapid intervention. - Conduct research and stay updated on advancements in interventional neurology and neurovascular technology.
