About the Role: As a General Surgeon at Little Flower Hospital, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating patients with surgical conditions.
What You'll Be Doing: - Evaluate patients by conducting thorough physical examinations and reviewing medical histories. - Diagnose surgical conditions and determine the necessity of surgical intervention. - Develop and discuss surgical treatment plans with patients and their families. - Perform surgical procedures safely and efficiently, adhering to established protocols and standards. - Manage preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care of patients. - Monitor patients’ recovery and address complications or side effects. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including anesthesiologists, nurses, and specialists. - Maintain detailed and accurate medical records. - Provide guidance and support to junior medical staff and surgical residents.
