Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an Attending/Associate Consultant in Critical Care Medicine, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU. - Perform advanced life support procedures, including intubation, mechanical ventilation, and central line placement. - Monitor and manage patients with multi-organ failure, sepsis, and other critical conditions. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, anesthetists, and nurses, for patient care. - Ensure proper use of ICU equipment, including ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitoring systems. - Supervise and train junior doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff in critical care protocols. - Develop and implement treatment plans, adjusting based on patient response. - Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards. - Participate in research, clinical trials, and quality improvement initiatives.
