About the Role: As a Consultant Radiology, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing diseases and abnormalities through medical imaging.
What You'll Be Doing: - Analyze and interpret medical images to diagnose diseases and abnormalities. - Provide detailed reports to referring physicians and collaborate with other specialists for patient care. - Perform image-guided procedures, including biopsies, fluoroscopy, and interventional radiology techniques. - Ensure accurate and safe use of radiation and imaging technologies in compliance with safety regulations. - Consult with physicians to recommend appropriate imaging studies for diagnosis and treatment. - Supervise radiology technicians and ensure quality control in imaging procedures. - Stay updated on advancements in radiology and implement best practices in diagnostic imaging. - Participate in teaching, training, and mentoring junior radiologists and medical students. - Maintain proper documentation, adhere to hospital policies, and ensure ethical practice in medical imaging.
