Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Sr. Resident in Anesthesia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures.
How You'll Contribute: - Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia for various procedures. - Monitor and manage patients' vital signs and hemodynamic stability during anesthesia. - Assist in pre-anesthetic evaluations and formulate anesthesia plans. - Manage post-operative pain using epidurals, nerve blocks, and analgesics. - Provide critical care support in ICU settings, including mechanical ventilation management. - Handle anesthesia-related emergencies effectively. - Supervise and guide junior residents and medical interns. - Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and patient safety standards. - Document anesthesia procedures and patient recovery progress.
