About the Role: As a Haemato Oncologist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing hematologic malignancies and benign blood disorders, significantly impacting patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and manage hematologic malignancies and benign blood disorders such as anemia, hemophilia, and thrombosis. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies. - Conduct bone marrow aspirations, biopsies, and stem cell transplantation procedures. - Monitor treatment responses, manage side effects, and adjust therapies as needed. - Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and other specialists for multidisciplinary patient care. - Supervise chemotherapy administration and ensure adherence to safety protocols. - Provide palliative and supportive care for patients with advanced hematologic conditions. - Educate patients and families on disease progression, treatment options, and long-term management. - Participate in clinical trials, research, and advancements in hematology-oncology.
