About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Orthopedics, you will play a crucial role in managing both inpatient and outpatient orthopedic cases, ensuring high-quality patient care under consultant supervision.
What You'll Be Doing: - Manage inpatient and outpatient orthopedic cases under consultant supervision. - Assist in orthopedic surgeries, including trauma and elective procedures. - Conduct ward rounds and monitor postoperative recovery and complications. - Perform emergency orthopedic assessments and initial fracture management. - Supervise junior residents and medical interns. - Interpret X-rays, MRI, and CT scans for orthopedic diagnosis. - Participate in plaster application, joint reductions, and minor procedures. - Maintain detailed clinical documentation and case records. - Communicate treatment plans with patients and caregivers.
