Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a General Onco Surgeon, you will play a crucial role in the surgical treatment of cancer patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.
How You'll Contribute: - Perform cancer-related surgical procedures, including tumor excisions, lymph node dissections, and organ resections. - Conduct pre-operative assessments, including biopsy analysis, imaging interpretation, and staging of cancer. - Develop personalized treatment plans in coordination with oncologists and other specialists. - Utilize advanced surgical techniques such as minimally invasive surgery, robotic-assisted procedures, and oncoplastic surgery when applicable. - Ensure post-operative monitoring, manage complications, and provide follow-up care for cancer patients. - Participate in tumor board discussions to determine the best surgical and adjunctive treatment strategies.
