About the Role: As an ICU Registrar, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
What You'll Be Doing: - Monitor and manage life-support systems and ventilators. - Lead the ICU team in daily rounds and treatment planning. - Respond to medical emergencies and perform critical procedures. - Collaborate with specialists for multidisciplinary patient care. - Interpret diagnostic tests and adjust treatment accordingly. - Guide and supervise junior doctors, nurses, and support staff. - Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control, and safety standards. - Communicate with patient families regarding condition and prognosis.
