About the Role: As a Jr. Resident-ICU Intensivist, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and managing critically ill patients in the ICU under the guidance of senior intensivists.
What You'll Be Doing: - Monitor and manage ICU patients on a 24x7 basis. - Perform initial assessments and daily clinical evaluations of critically ill patients. - Carry out procedures such as arterial and central line insertions, intubations, catheterization, and ventilator management. - Assist in managing life-threatening conditions including sepsis, ARDS, cardiac arrest, and multi-organ dysfunction. - Interpret diagnostic tests including ABGs, ECGs, X-rays, and laboratory results. - Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as per ICU protocols. - Participate in daily ICU rounds and contribute to clinical discussions and care planning.
