About the Role: As a Senior Consultant in Neurosurgery, you will play a pivotal role in performing complex neurosurgical procedures and leading surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing: - Perform complex neurosurgical procedures involving the brain, spine, and peripheral nerves. - Lead surgical teams in the operating room with high precision and efficiency. - Diagnose neurological disorders requiring surgical intervention through clinical evaluation and imaging. - Develop and oversee comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care plans. - Mentor junior surgeons, residents, and medical staff. - Collaborate with neurologists, anesthesiologists, and ICU teams for multidisciplinary care. - Ensure strict adherence to surgical safety protocols and hospital standards. - Stay abreast of emerging neurosurgical techniques and technologies. - Contribute to hospital growth through clinical excellence and reputation. - Participate in academic activities, CMEs, and neurosurgical conferences.
