Your Core Responsibilities: - Assist in performing elective and emergency general surgical procedures. - Manage preoperative and postoperative care of surgical patients. - Conduct ward rounds and ensure timely documentation of patient progress. - Supervise junior residents, interns, and nursing staff in surgical wards. - Handle surgical emergencies including trauma, acute abdomen, and bleeding. - Perform minor surgical procedures independently under guidance. - Interpret diagnostic investigations relevant to surgical care. - Collaborate with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary teams.
