About the Role: As a Senior Resident in General Medicine, you will play a crucial role in managing and treating patients with diverse medical conditions, ensuring high-quality care and support.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Manage and treat patients with diverse medical conditions in wards and OPD.
- Conduct regular clinical rounds and monitor patient progress.
- Supervise junior residents, interns, and coordinate with nursing staff.
- Handle medical emergencies and provide critical care support.
- Interpret laboratory investigations, ECGs, and imaging reports.
- Perform procedures like pleural tap, ascitic tap, and lumbar puncture.
- Document clinical findings, treatment plans, and discharge summaries accurately.
