Your Core Responsibilities: - Diagnose and treat disorders of the urinary tract and male reproductive system. - Manage conditions such as kidney stones, urinary tract infections, incontinence, and prostate diseases. - Perform surgeries, including kidney stone removal, prostate surgery, and bladder reconstruction. - Conduct diagnostic procedures like cystoscopy, ultrasound, and urodynamic testing. - Develop personalized treatment plans, including medications, lifestyle changes, and surgical options. - Collaborate with nephrologists, oncologists, and other specialists for comprehensive patient care. - Educate patients on preventive care, treatment options, and post-surgical recovery. - Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to medical safety protocols. - Stay updated with advancements in urology, including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures.
