Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Neonatology Registrar, you will provide essential medical care to newborn infants, particularly those who are premature or critically ill.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide comprehensive medical care to newborn infants. - Conduct detailed assessments, diagnosis, and management of neonatal patients. - Monitor vital signs, growth, and development of neonates in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). - Prescribe and administer medications, treatments, and interventions as per protocols. - Collaborate with pediatricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals for coordinated care. - Perform or assist in neonatal procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and resuscitation. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, treatment plans, and progress notes. - Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions. - Educate and counsel parents or guardians regarding neonatal care, prognosis, and follow-up.
