Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an Intensivist at Sunshine Hospital, you will play a crucial role in managing critically ill patients and ensuring their recovery.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and manage critically ill patients with conditions such as sepsis, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, and multi-organ dysfunction. - Perform critical care procedures, including intubation, central line insertion, mechanical ventilation, and hemodynamic monitoring. - Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and paramedical staff to develop and implement treatment plans. - Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment strategies, and provide timely interventions. - Ensure adherence to ICU protocols, infection control measures, and patient safety standards. - Guide and supervise junior doctors, residents, and ICU staff in critical care management. - Communicate effectively with patients' families, explaining conditions, prognosis, and treatment options.
