About the Role: As a Senior Resident Medical Oncologist, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating various types of cancer, ensuring comprehensive care for patients.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat various types of cancer using chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapy. - Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient condition and cancer stage. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed. - Collaborate with surgical and radiation oncologists for comprehensive cancer care. - Counsel patients and families on diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis. - Manage treatment side effects and provide supportive care. - Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary team meetings. - Stay updated with advancements in oncology research and therapies. - Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
