Make a Difference in Patient Care: As an Orthopedician at Kailash Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions including fractures, arthritis, sports injuries, and congenital disorders. - Perform surgical procedures such as joint replacements, arthroscopies, fracture fixations, and spinal surgeries. - Evaluate patients using physical exams, X-rays, MRIs, and other diagnostic tools. - Develop and manage both surgical and non-surgical treatment plans tailored to patient needs. - Provide post-operative care, monitor recovery, and manage complications if any. - Collaborate with physiotherapists, anesthetists, and other specialists for holistic care. - Maintain accurate medical records, operative notes, and follow-up documentation. - Educate patients and families on treatment options, recovery plans, and preventive care.
