Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Neurosurgeon at Kailash Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and surgically treating conditions related to the brain, spine, and nervous system.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and surgically treat conditions related to the brain, spine, and nervous system. - Perform complex procedures such as craniotomies, spinal decompression, tumor removal, and trauma surgeries. - Evaluate patients using neurological exams and imaging tools like MRI, CT scans, and angiography. - Collaborate with neurologists, radiologists, anesthesiologists, and ICU teams for comprehensive care. - Provide pre-operative counseling and ensure informed consent from patients or guardians. - Monitor patients post-surgery and manage any neurological complications or infections. - Maintain detailed operative notes, patient records, and post-op follow-up documentation. - Participate in emergency on-call duties, especially for head injuries and spinal trauma.
