About the Role: As an Associate Consultant in Cardiac Anesthesia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of patients undergoing cardiac surgeries.
What You'll Be Doing: - Administer anesthesia for cardiac surgeries including CABG, valve replacements, and congenital heart procedures. - Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and optimize patients for surgery. - Monitor intraoperative parameters using advanced hemodynamic and TEE monitoring. - Manage anesthesia-related emergencies and critical intraoperative events. - Oversee post-operative pain relief and critical care management in the cardiac ICU. - Maintain accurate and complete documentation of anesthesia procedures and drug usage. - Collaborate closely with cardiothoracic surgeons, perfusionists, and ICU teams.
