About the Role: As a General Physician at Kailash Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing a wide range of medical conditions, ensuring the highest quality of patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and manage common medical conditions such as infections, hypertension, diabetes, and respiratory illnesses. - Perform thorough clinical evaluations through history-taking, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests. - Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment plans based on evidence-based guidelines. - Monitor patients’ progress and adjust treatment as necessary during follow-up consultations. - Provide preventive healthcare advice including vaccinations, lifestyle modifications, and routine screenings. - Coordinate with specialists and refer patients when advanced care is required. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, prescriptions, and progress notes. - Respond to outpatient, inpatient, and emergency care needs efficiently. - Participate in health awareness programs, medical camps, and continuing education.
