About the Role: As an Internal Medicine Registrar, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing patients with a variety of medical conditions.
What You'll Be Doing: - Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. - Admit and monitor patients in wards, ensuring timely investigations and treatments. - Collaborate with consultants and multidisciplinary teams for patient care. - Perform and interpret diagnostic tests such as ECGs, X-rays, and blood investigations. - Respond to medical emergencies and participate in code blue situations. - Supervise and guide junior doctors and interns in clinical duties. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient notes. - Participate in ward rounds, case presentations, and academic discussions. - Ensure patient safety and adherence to hospital protocols and clinical guidelines.
