Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon at Kailash Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and surgically treating congenital and acquired heart defects in infants, children, and adolescents.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and surgically treat congenital and acquired heart defects. - Perform complex procedures such as ASD/VSD closures, Tetralogy of Fallot repair, arterial switch, and valve reconstructions. - Collaborate with pediatric cardiologists, anesthesiologists, intensivists, and perfusionists for comprehensive care. - Evaluate preoperative and postoperative patients and plan surgical interventions accordingly. - Monitor patients in pediatric cardiac ICU and manage post-surgical recovery and complications. - Maintain detailed records of surgical procedures, patient outcomes, and follow-up care. - Ensure adherence to pediatric surgical safety standards and sterile protocols. - Guide and supervise residents, fellows, and surgical support staff.
