About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Internal Medicine, you will provide comprehensive care to adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions, making a significant impact on their health outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide comprehensive care to adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. - Perform clinical evaluations, diagnostic workups, and initiate treatment plans under consultant supervision. - Manage inpatients, attend emergency calls, and participate in ICU care as needed. - Conduct regular ward rounds and coordinate multidisciplinary care. - Maintain accurate documentation including case sheets, discharge summaries, and progress notes. - Supervise junior residents, interns, and nursing staff in clinical duties. - Participate in departmental academic sessions, journal clubs, and case discussions. - Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, patient safety guidelines, and infection control measures.
