Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Hematologist at Kailash Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating blood disorders, ensuring comprehensive care for patients.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and treat blood disorders including anemia, leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and clotting or bleeding disorders. - Perform and interpret bone marrow biopsies, peripheral blood smears, and advanced hematologic tests. - Develop and manage treatment plans involving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or transfusion therapy. - Monitor patients during and after treatments, managing side effects and complications. - Collaborate with oncologists, pathologists, and transfusion services for comprehensive care. - Supervise and guide junior doctors, lab technicians, and clinical staff in hematology protocols. - Participate in tumor boards, MDTs, and clinical decision-making for complex cases. - Maintain accurate medical records, treatment documentation, and follow-up plans.
