How You'll Contribute: - Provide specialized medical care to newborns in the NICU. - Diagnose and manage conditions such as respiratory distress and neonatal infections. - Perform and supervise neonatal procedures like intubation and umbilical line placement. - Monitor and manage ventilated and hemodynamically unstable neonates. - Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and NICU nurses for comprehensive care. - Counsel families regarding diagnosis, treatment plans, and prognosis. - Maintain accurate documentation of medical records and progress notes.
