Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Sr. Resident in Critical Care, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU under consultant supervision.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide comprehensive medical care to critically ill patients in the ICU under consultant supervision. - Perform clinical assessments and manage conditions like sepsis, ARDS, multi-organ failure, and shock. - Handle ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and other life-support systems. - Perform critical care procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, arterial cannulation, and dialysis catheter placement. - Monitor patient progress, document clinical notes, and modify treatment plans as needed. - Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in Code Blue and resuscitation efforts. - Coordinate with consultants, nurses, respiratory therapists, and other ICU team members. - Ensure adherence to infection control protocols, ICU safety, and clinical guidelines.
