Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Senior Resident in Surgery, you will play a crucial role in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of patients, contributing to their recovery and well-being.

How You'll Contribute: - Assist in the diagnosis, management, and surgical treatment of patients with general surgical conditions. - Perform minor surgical procedures independently and assist consultants in major surgeries. - Conduct daily inpatient rounds, monitor post-operative patients, and manage surgical complications. - Participate in emergency surgeries and trauma care under the guidance of senior surgeons. - Document clinical notes, operative records, discharge summaries, and maintain patient files. - Coordinate with anesthesia, OT staff, and nursing teams to ensure smooth surgical workflow. - Provide pre-operative counseling and post-operative care instructions to patients and families. - Participate in academic activities, case presentations, journal clubs, and surgical skill training.
