Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Nephrologist at Kailash Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing kidney-related conditions, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and manage kidney-related conditions such as chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, nephrotic syndrome, and glomerulonephritis. - Oversee and guide hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and CRRT procedures for patients with renal failure. - Evaluate and manage complications related to hypertension, electrolyte imbalance, and fluid overload. - Coordinate care with transplant surgeons for patients undergoing or post-kidney transplantation. - Interpret diagnostic tests including renal function tests, urinalysis, and renal biopsies. - Counsel patients and families about disease progression, dialysis options, and lifestyle changes. - Monitor and adjust medications to manage underlying causes like diabetes and hypertension. - Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records and treatment documentation.
