About the Role: As a Sr. Resident in Critical Care, you will provide essential round-the-clock care to critically ill patients in the ICU, ensuring their safety and well-being under the guidance of experienced consultants.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide round-the-clock care to critically ill patients in the ICU under the guidance of consultants. - Manage cases involving sepsis, ARDS, multi-organ dysfunction, shock, and other life-threatening conditions. - Perform critical procedures including intubation, central line insertion, arterial cannulation, and mechanical ventilation management. - Monitor patient vitals, lab results, and clinical progress to adjust treatment plans accordingly. - Respond to Code Blue and emergency calls with timely interventions. - Coordinate care with intensivists, anesthesiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. - Ensure accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
