About the Role: As a Laparoscopic Surgeon at Kailash Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing abdominal and pelvic conditions using minimally invasive techniques.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and surgically manage abdominal and pelvic conditions using laparoscopic techniques. - Perform procedures such as laparoscopic cholecystectomy, appendectomy, hernia repair, and diagnostic laparoscopy. - Evaluate patients pre-operatively and plan surgical interventions with appropriate imaging and lab work. - Manage post-operative care, monitor for complications, and ensure smooth recovery. - Collaborate with anesthesiologists, OT staff, and physicians for coordinated surgical care. - Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, operative findings, and follow-up care. - Educate patients and families about the procedure, risks, benefits, and post-op care. - Ensure adherence to sterilization protocols, infection control, and safety standards.
