About the Role: As an Orthopedician at Kailash Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring optimal patient care.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, arthritis, sports injuries, and deformities. - Perform orthopedic surgeries such as joint replacements, fracture fixations, arthroscopy, and spinal procedures. - Conduct physical examinations and interpret diagnostic tests like X-rays, MRI, and CT scans. - Develop personalized treatment plans including surgical and non-surgical interventions. - Manage pre-operative and post-operative care and monitor patient recovery. - Collaborate with physiotherapists, radiologists, and other specialists for multidisciplinary care. - Provide patient education on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and long-term care. - Maintain accurate and timely medical records, surgical notes, and discharge summaries.
