Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Hematologist at Kailash Hospital, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing blood-related disorders, ensuring comprehensive patient care.
How You'll Contribute: - Diagnose and manage blood-related disorders including anemia, leukemia, lymphoma, myeloma, and bleeding/clotting disorders. - Interpret laboratory tests, peripheral smears, bone marrow biopsies, and molecular diagnostics. - Develop treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, transfusions, or stem cell transplantation. - Collaborate with oncologists, pathologists, and transfusion services for comprehensive patient care. - Monitor patient response to treatments and modify therapy as needed. - Counsel patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis. - Supervise and train junior doctors, residents, and lab staff in hematology practices.
