About the Role: As a Sr. Resident in General Medicine, you will play a crucial role in managing and treating patients with various medical conditions, ensuring high-quality care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
What You'll Be Doing: - Manage and treat patients with a wide range of acute and chronic medical conditions in both OPD and IPD settings. - Conduct thorough clinical evaluations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and initiate appropriate treatment plans. - Monitor patient progress and make timely adjustments to therapy as needed. - Respond to medical emergencies, provide inpatient care, and participate in Code Blue situations. - Collaborate with other specialists for referrals and multidisciplinary patient management. - Maintain accurate medical records, case histories, and discharge summaries. - Supervise junior residents and interns, offering clinical teaching and mentorship.
