Make a Difference in Patient Care: As a Consultant/Sr. Consultant in Critical Care Medicine, you will play a vital role in managing critically ill patients in the ICU.
How You'll Contribute: - Provide comprehensive management of critically ill patients in the ICU. - Perform patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. - Manage ventilators, hemodynamic monitoring, and life-support systems. - Respond to medical emergencies and provide advanced resuscitation. - Supervise and guide junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff in the ICU. - Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, anesthetists, and other specialists for patient care. - Ensure adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, and ICU standards. - Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and family counseling. - Maintain accurate patient medical records and documentation.
