About the Role: As an Attending Consultant in Gastroenterology, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and managing diseases of the digestive system, liver, pancreas, and biliary tract.
What You'll Be Doing: - Diagnose and manage diseases of the digestive system, liver, pancreas, and biliary tract. - Perform and interpret endoscopic and colonoscopic procedures with accuracy. - Provide inpatient and outpatient consultations for gastroenterology-related cases. - Collaborate with surgical and other specialty teams in multidisciplinary care. - Ensure adherence to medical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards. - Participate in clinical audits, academic activities, and continuous medical education programs. - Supervise junior doctors, residents, and nursing staff in the department. - Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and documentation.
