About the Role: We are seeking a Pathologist to work at a hospital laboratory run by us. Our NABL accredited lab is located in Rajajinagar, Bangalore.
What You'll Be Doing: - Oversee all aspects of Biochemistry, Pathology, Microbiology, and Hematology in the hospital. - Report Cytology and Histopathology. - Communicate with hospital doctors/consultants and provide accurate guidance on patient treatment. - Provide timely advice to clinicians and patients on tests and test results. - Verify and ensure workflow to provide optimum efficiency of testing and turnaround time of results. - Verify quality control, validation (new lot of reagents), and other quality activities to verify performance of tests. - Ensure NABL procedures are followed in the work environment. - Provide inputs to management for continual improvement. - Ensure the technicians follow proper protocols and quality control procedures. - Serve as a technical resource by hiring and participating in staff training; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations for continual development. - Take part in all quality improvement activities of the lab.

What We Offer: - Competitive salary range of ₹70,000 to ₹90,000. - Flexible work hours from 11 AM to 2 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM in the hospital, with availability via phone or WhatsApp at other times if needed.
