About the Role: As a Consultant/Sr. Consultant in Anesthesia, you will play a crucial role in ensuring patient safety and comfort during surgical procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Conduct pre-anesthetic evaluation and assess patients’ medical history and risk factors. - Plan, administer, and monitor anesthesia during surgical and non-surgical procedures. - Ensure patient safety through vigilant intraoperative monitoring of vital signs. - Provide pain management during perioperative and postoperative periods. - Handle emergencies and resuscitation procedures (e.g., CPR, advanced airway management). - Collaborate with surgeons, critical care specialists, and nursing teams for comprehensive patient care. - Supervise and mentor junior anesthetists, residents, and support staff. - Maintain accurate medical records, reports, and ensure compliance with hospital protocols.
