About the Role: As a Senior Resident in Anesthesia, you will play a crucial role in providing anesthesia care for patients undergoing various surgical and diagnostic procedures.
What You'll Be Doing: - Provide anesthesia care for patients undergoing surgical and diagnostic procedures. - Conduct pre-anesthetic assessment, obtain informed consent, and plan anesthesia management. - Administer general, regional, or local anesthesia as per case requirements. - Monitor patients’ vital signs and manage intraoperative and postoperative complications. - Assist in critical care management, including ventilator support and pain management. - Ensure accurate documentation of anesthesia records, medications, and procedures. - Collaborate with surgeons, intensivists, and nursing staff for optimal patient outcomes. - Participate in academic activities, clinical teaching, and departmental training.
