How You'll Contribute: - Provide round-the-clock clinical care to critically ill patients in ICU. - Monitor, assess, and manage patients on ventilators, dialysis, and other life-support systems. - Assist consultants in performing procedures like intubation, central line insertion, and arterial line placement. - Conduct daily patient rounds, update case sheets, and ensure accurate documentation. - Handle medical emergencies and provide immediate resuscitative care. - Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management. - Educate and guide junior residents, nurses, and paramedical staff in critical care practices. - Ensure adherence to infection control and hospital protocols.
