About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gastroenterologist (DM/DNB) to diagnose, treat, and manage patients with diseases of the gastrointestinal tract, liver, pancreas, and related systems.
What You'll Be Doing: - Evaluate and manage patients with GERD, peptic ulcers, GI bleeding, IBD (Crohn’s, ulcerative colitis), IBS, hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, portal hypertension, pancreatitis, biliary disorders, and gastrointestinal cancers. - Conduct and interpret investigations such as upper GI endoscopy, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, band ligation, polypectomy, liver function tests, fibroscan, and imaging interpretation. - Provide OPD, IPD, and ICU consultations. - Counsel patients regarding dietary, lifestyle, and medical management. - Manage emergency GI conditions like upper/lower GI bleed, acute liver failure, etc.
Our Ideal Candidate Has: - DM / DNB in Gastroenterology (MCI/NMC recognized). - Valid Medical Council Registration. - Independent endoscopy experience preferred. - Strong clinical and diagnostic reasoning. - Competence in endoscopic and non-invasive GI procedures. - Clear communication with patients and clinical team.
